I hear your voice floating on the wind,

Catch your scent upon the breeze.

I wish I had you here to guide me

Through mourning's stormy seas.

I miss your smile, I miss your laugh,

I miss the times we'd share.

I even miss the times we cried

Just because you were there.

the ache I feel inside my chest

Is so deep and so profound

That I feel as though I've lost my hold

Upon the solid ground.

But in my darkest moments
